What this is

MijnSintlijstje is a free, non-commercial website for organising Secret Santa parties and wish lists. It is run as a hobby project by Gerben de Graaf. By using it you agree to what is written here.

Your account

• You need an account to create or join a party. You may sign up with an email address and password, or with Google.
• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Use a real email address you can receive mail on, otherwise invitations and password resets will not reach you.

What you put on the site

• You keep ownership of the text and links you add.
• Do not post anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not upload other people's personal data beyond the email addresses you need in order to invite them.
• We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Availability

The site is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will be available or free of errors. It may be taken offline, changed, or discontinued at any time. Please do not rely on it as the only place your data is stored.

Liability

Because this is a free service, our liability is limited to what the law requires. We are not responsible for spoiled surprises, lost wish lists, or anything else arising from use of the site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Ending it

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. See the privacy policy for how to do that.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
